Data We Collect

When you sign up, we collect your email, name, and payment info. When you use our tools, we collect uploaded files, generated videos, IP address, browser type, and usage patterns. We do not buy or sell user data to third parties.

How We Use Your Data

We use data to operate the platform, improve AI models, prevent fraud, and send service updates. Generated videos are stored temporarily (30 days default) then deleted unless you export them. Uploaded files are encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for authentication and analytics. You can disable non-essential cookies anytime in privacy settings. We do not track you across third-party sites.

Sharing Your Data

We do not share personal data with third parties except: cloud hosting partners (AWS, Google Cloud), payment processors, and law enforcement under legal order. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for research and improvement.

Security Measures

All data is encrypted. Servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection. We conduct annual security audits. Still, no system is 100% secure. Report vulnerabilities to security@mattbushmanfoundation.com.

Your Rights

You can download, correct, or delete your data anytime. Email privacy@mattbushmanfoundation.com with your request. We respond within 30 days. EU residents have additional GDPR rights.

We update this policy as needed. Continued use of mattbushmanfoundation.com after updates means you accept them. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
