By using mattbushmanfoundation.com and our AI video and photo generation tools, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the service immediately.

Permitted Uses

You may use our platform to create videos and photos for personal, educational, or commercial purposes. You may not: reverse-engineer our models, scrape training data, violate copyrights, create deepfakes for fraud, or bypass security measures. Violations result in immediate account termination.

Your Responsibilities

You own all content you upload. You confirm you have the right to license and use that content. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password private. Report unauthorized access immediately.

Intellectual Property

The Matt Bushman Foundation retains all rights to the AI models, algorithms, and platform code. You retain ownership of videos and photos you create, but grant us a license to use them for product improvement and marketing (unless you opt out in settings).

Liability Limits

We provide the service as-is. We are not liable for lost data, failed exports, or business losses. Our liability caps at the amount you paid in the past 12 months. Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limits—consult local law.
